Sandals cancellation policy?

I know for sure that Sandals lets you cancel up to 46 days prior with no penalty fees or anything and I'm pretty sure you can get whatever you paid back but I just wanted to check on the cashback. I know I wouldve asked this before I booked since it was so early but can any of you ladies tell me for sure? Also, if anyone has done this, and you DO get you cashback refund on your card, how long does it take to show?
