sandals grand antigua- beware!!!!!
OK- so my and FH decided to take a four day trip to sandals b/c we were thinking about doing sandals for our honeymoon & we wanted to see what all the hype was about... before we booked-
So..... first of all- i am a very easy going type of girl- -however for the price we paid- i expected a 5 star resort... this resort i would say at best 3 and 1/2- yes its all inclusive- which is fine- but the biggest problem is that they are way under staffed. The room we booked came with the butler service... which I thought was a nice touch-big mistake- we arrived on Sat morning and did not get our room until 5pm..??? are you kidding me??? they offered us no towels - we were bascily left with no idea where anything was and nothing to do- for 5 hours--uggghh...
the butler had came out tp give us a cellphone to use to contact him whenever we needed him- however most of the time the call went straight to VM--
The restuarants were average- nothing out the ballpark- the room was supposed to be a honeymoon oceanview suite-NOPE!!! no oceanview!!!
Overall- not what we expected- so glad I didnt book my honeymoon there... book another all inclusive & save yourself some money for your honeymoon- I figurered I would give everyone a heads up...if you have any other specific questions- send me a message :)
