FH and I are looking to book our honeymoon like, two days ago, but we were wondering if there was any benefit to booking with a travel agent? What did you ladies do?

We did it with a travel agent...but its the same price if you do it online. I wish we had just done it ourselves. We have no information about the HM at all now. She only gave us reciepts saying we paid the deposit, airfare, and insurance, but not that the room that was booked and which room was booked and the exact price.

heyy we used online, BUT actually we got all our info online and then CALLED cuz i had abunch of questions....you get your own vacation specialist!! so he's like my travel agent!
he booked the trip with me on the phone, did the airfare, when i have any questions i call him, when the rate changed to MUCH lower i called him and he adjusted the price for us, he told us about special packages, all the info about how to check in online and how to confirm its a honeymoon etc...
i found doing it over the phone extremely helpful!!!

I completely recommend using Rae from Cruising the Ocean Blue. She was able to offer us a lower price than what was online at the time. Unfortunately we went through some issues at the time and didn´t book and now the prices are higher
But she´s really attentive and kept checking in on me which is great! I´m doing it all through email. she is very quick to respond. If you want info fm me.
