Im getting the butler service too! So I guess you get a cell phone and call them when you need them? What sort of things did u ask them to do?

Reserve us chairs by the beach and pool. They also brought us our tickets for all of our excursions. They made all of our dinner reservations and gave us a weekly planner to keep track. They brought us our room service. Our room was turned down and totally straightened up every night (beyond maid service...our clothes were folded, etc). They decorated the room for FH's birthday. They made bubble baths for us and left us snacks in the room. Brought us drinks by the pool.
I find they will do MORE but you have to ASK for it. They don't always tell you everything they can do. They didn't tell us bt I remembered our travel agent saying we're not limited to the room service menu and can order from any restaurant and that's true. We had our breakfast deivered every morning as a wake up call. If you forget something and you're at the beach or the pool they will go to the room and get it. they'll arrange tours... they're amazing
