I dont know much about couples, FH and I have been to sandals 3 times. Bahamas 2 times and St lucia 1 time. Sandals is great. But i have hear good things about couples. I dont really know what the difference is.

We have never been to either.

We chose Couples San Souci in Jamaica b/c of the reviews on tripadvisor.

We decided to go with Couples b/c it doesnt seem as commercialized as Sandals and they seem to giove you more for your $. They cost slightly less too which is a plus.
