Sandals Question

FH and I NEED to book our HM really soon. We wanted to do a certain trip but found out we can't:(

So, we are looking into a Sandals trip. We want both laid-back and relaxing AND upscale and fun. We don't want to be bored and need lots of stuff to do. Does anybody have any suggestions based on a personal trip, HM or feedback you've heard? TIA.

There is so much to do at the resort w/water sports, pools, walks, etc plus there is the town with duty free shopping and of course Atlantis on Paradise Island, along with Dolphin swimming.

We were there for 7 days, 6 nights, and we never ran out of things to do.
