in order to get room service do you have to be in a butler room? or is that just to get 24 hr room service?

ahhh, we are doing a split stay--Sandals Regency St Lucia & the Sandals Grande St Lucia. I used Ray at Cruising the Ocean Blue at our TA (she is a vendor on here) and she was soooo helpful!!!

we stayed in a suite and didnt have room service. i think only the butler rooms have it.

It depends on which hotel you stay at. For example, in St Lucia-the Regency, you need to have a butler level suite to get room service. However, in the Grande St. Lucian, you get room service even if it is just on the concierge level. CONFUSING RIGHT?!
I think we actually just made a decision to stay in the Regency in the Honeymoon Oceanview One bedroom suite in the Regency which has concierge, but no room service. A little sad about that, but I didn't want to compromise on the 10 nights.

yeah we stayed at sandals whitehouse in jamaica in a concierge suite and we had room service till 10pm i think it was.
