Sandals Resorts

So we figured we will do the sandals thing and put it on the credit card. we deserve a honeymoon, so this seams like a good decision. however, where do we go? it will be august so we don't want a hurricane. do you ladies have any tips?

Sandals has a hurricane policy.....if you book with them and a hurricane hits while you're there, even if it's the last day of your stay you get to go on your trip again (minus airfare). I think that all Sandals resorts are in the hurricane belt.

Aruba is not in the hurricane belt, but there is no Sandals there!!!!

I went to the Sandals Royal Carribbean in Jamaica last year and can honestly say no vacation has ever compared to that one. Everything was wonderful. A few nights we went over to the Sandals Montego Bay for dinner. The week before we went there was a huge storm and flooded all of the first floor rooms and they gave people the choice to either get reimbursed or they offered them rooms at the Sandals Montego bay. Read up on the policy because I know they take care of things if there is a hurricane. I don't think you can go wrong if you choose Sandals
