which Sandals resort are you staying at? all of their restaurants are great! try them all! best thing is that you can go to the other Sandal resorts in St. Lucia and eat at their restaurants. they're all so yummy

If you go to the Grande, the Barefoot by the Bay was surprisingly good for dinner. The Italian was also good, but some entrees were disappointing. Try the eggplant appetizer, it was the best thing on their menu.

every restaurant at the regency!!!!!! they were all SO good! my personal favorite was The Pitons(the carribean style outdoor restaurant)...and all our friends we made agreed!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!!! the ranch steak is to die for & i got the shrimp skewers too(i dont think u NEED a reservation but if u can, then make one)...it's outside & candle lit & they also have a little live carribean band that makes it really cute...LOVED IT! komonos i personally thought was overrated....others agreed - it was still good, but i didn't know what all the fuss was about. The Arizona (tex-mex) is SO yummy for a casual quick bite...it's great for lunch if u're visiting for the day and at night they have a singing cowboy lol(and the fajitas are SO good!)..i'm also convinced they have the best curly fries in the world!(and really good pistascio ice creme!) Armandos(italian) is REALLY good. we ate there the first night and loved it so much that we went back for breakfast in the morning...i dont think we ever had lunch there but breakfast & dinner were SO good! La Toc (the fancy french one) was wonderful...some thought it was a little overrated but i completely disagree...my food was fabulous & so was the wine - plus u get to dress up :) The Pavillion was good too....just make sure if u go for dinner that u go on a night when they're not serving buffet(unless u're there for lunch-the lunch buffet was good) - the sit down menu is way better......lol okay so i guess i just reviewed every restaurant at the Regency, but my personal fave (again) was The Pitons...definetly check it out one night since ur only about 15minutes away! I also heard The Pier was really good - we never made it there 'cause we loved all our restaurants & the hubby doesnt eat seafood - but heard great things! :)

The crepe place at the Grande. AMAZING!!!!!! (can't remember the name)

A bit of advice: any restaurant you want to go to that needs reservations, book it as soon as you get there!!!! Before you even go to your room!!!! We tried to book our first morning there and everything was booked. We couldn't make a reservation anywhere. We still had a great time!!
