For those of you planning to honeymoon at one of the three sandals resorts in St. Lucia. How did you decide which one to stay at? List any advantages/disadvantages of the hotels. TIA
i chose Grande because its surrounded by a peninsula. There is water on both sides. I think its newer too???!! I could be wrong thou on that. Plus my TA told me I would like this one better. Its is less mountainaniuos. You dont have to go far for beach and restuarants.
I just looked at reviews and prices and chose the Regency. I really wanted to stay at the Grande, but the Regency was a little less so we went with that resort instead.
Staying at the Regency...its what the travel agent reccomended.

solely based on the TA recommendation. We are only staying 4 nights (minimoon) at the Grande so we didn't really look extensively into all the pros/cons. plus,we booked when the rooms were 55% off at the Grande so that was a nice little bonus. (our TA said the beaches are supposed to be nicer here and its newer.)
