Sandals St Lucia Honeymoon

Hello! I just wanted to know if anyone has booked &/or stayed in the Sandals Regency St. Lucia Golf Resort & Spa!
My FH and I are booking 2 weeks there in the beautiful honeymoon 1 bedroom oceanfront villa wtih private pool! Before we spend all this $$$ i want to know if anyone could tell me anything about this place. Is it all its cracked up to be?
How is the food? The rooms? THe amenites?

i havent been there yet, but we booked our honeymoon at the sandals grande st. lucian. i did a search on this website and found a lot of positive reviews from people who had been there

we booked ours at st lucia golf and spa on the hill the suite with the pool attached for 7 days thought we would get bored after 7 days your other option is since you fly into puerto rico to change over to st. lucia spending a couple days there. weve beeen to puerto rico at least 5 times in the last 3 years so its like going to jersey for us but much prettier.
