Re: Sandals St. Lucia or Antigua??
We just got back from our honeymoon in St. Lucia at Sandals La Toc, it was amazing, fantastic, beaultiful, incredible, relaxing.....should I go on!!?? We had an amazing time and were so sad to come back to the cold!! You can ask me whatever you like about the place and I even can get you in contact with our travel agent, who took care of everything!! Everyone was so nice and sooooo willing to accomodate, we did nothing but lay at the pool and everything was taken care of for us!! Sandals, La Toc.....alllllll the way!!!!!

Re: Sandals St. Lucia or Antigua??
could you FM me your travel agent's information? How long did you go for? How much did it cost? Is it all inclusive? I'm soooo torn with HM locations. Thank you!

Re: Sandals St. Lucia or Antigua??
We did St. Lucia for our honeymoon and booked a bounceback offer for Antigua though we honestly LOVED St. Lucia so much - the island, the people, the culture, that we are thinking of switching it to go back to St. Lucia.
We initially chose St. Lucia because there is so much to do there. There is a rainforest, jazz, diving, the 'drive in' volcano and springs, marigot bay, diving, rum tours etc. I really wanted to have more of an experience than just a beach vacation.
We spoke to other couples who loved Antigua. There is really not much to do on Antigua. The resort is beautiful though and a couple was telling us for not that much you can just hire a driver to take you all around the island since it is so small. I've heard their diving is good there but I don't know how it compares to St. Lucia. St. Lucia has this sunken ship you can dive. I would so love to do that some day.
I'm considering Antigua because since there is less to do, it would force us to relax more.
In terms of Sandals, and probably other resorts, St. Lucia and Antigua are the most expensive, much more than Jamaica and the Bahamas.
What I loved about our room at La Toc was that we were in the SUnset bluff area. It's butler only section with a much quieter pool with a sunset view, and we had an INCREDIBLE, very private view from our room.
We booked a similar thing at Antigua in the Mediterranean village, also a butler only separate area. I really like the seclusion and getting away from the constant noise of the main part of the resort. We actually never set foot in the main pool, but spent many relaxing hours in the sunset pool.

Your review sounds amazing. I think we are going to book Sandals St Lucia. Two of my cousins went and it was incredible. I def want to book the butler suite also.
