Okay. I booked my honeymoon to Sandals St. Lucia & I feel like it it very expensive & am wondering if I should call a few other travel agencies. I am paying $4200 for the room for 1 week & $1200 for airfare. The airfare is Air-Jamaica out of JFK. Can anyone tell me if these prices are normal!!!!

It depends on what room and when. We are staying at La Toc with the plunge pool for 9 days and with airfare we are paying almost ~$9,000. The reason we are getting the suite is because we only go on our Honeymoon once (hopefully ) and why not live it up!! We are alslo flying out of JFK on Air Jamaica but not sure about how much the flights are. The travel agent just booked us.

we got airfare and room for 7 nights in December for just under 4000 total. we have stayed at a sandals before and we don't really care what room type we have since we were never in it to begin with. We might get upgraded because we are signature guests if if not it doesn't matter.
We are doing the Continental Champagne express out of Newark (sunday to sunday) and it costs I think 475.
It definitely should be cheaper considering it is July

I think the charter flight out of Newark is @ $499.00pp. It's $100 cheaper pp but further to get to by car (we are taking a town car to the airport) so it may wind up rounding off.

We are staying at Sandal's Halcyon and are paying about $4500 for 7 nites. We are flying out of Kennedy on Air Jamaica, I think the airfare was $1000 for the two of us and I am including that in the $4500. We don't have any special room though, we felt the same, we are hardly going to be in it.

We are paying just over 6,000 including air for Sandals Grande St. Lucia in Jan for 10 days in the honeymoon Beachfront Conceirge (sp?). Jan at Island Shores travel is Great at getting you the best deals.

We stayed at the Grande St. Lucian and I believe the entire trip for a week including airfair was about 4200

We're leaving for the Grande St. Lucia on Monday August 16th and returning on the 23rd. We are paying about $4900 for everything. I forget exactly which room we are staying in.

We are going to the Grand St Lucian and we are staying in the swim up lagoon room - it came to 4400 plus 1200 for the flight. Good thing we had a lot of airline miles to use! I know it will be worth every penny!!
