Sandals St. Lucia questions!

Girls who have been to Sandals St. Lucia-

They have a gym there right? How is it?

Also, do they have washing machines? I want to bring some workout clothes, but I dont want to bring too many so Im hoping if I run out I can just wash them.

Thanks

I would love to know this too! Also, how many dresses should I bring, and how dressy do my shoes at night have to be?? lol.

i just replied in a different post about the shoe thing. some girls wore high heeled sandals at night, i didn't wear a heeled shoe during the entire trip. i had black platform flip flops with sequins, silver rhinestone flats, and pretty plain white flats. i never felt underdressed.

the gym is not great. but i know you're a treadmill girl and they have good treadmills. I am an elliptical girl myself, and those were bleh. There are 2 gyms at the regency. one all the way down in the main area and then a smaller one all the way up at the top (by where our villa was). no there are no washing machines. however i don't think it's out of the realm of possibility to wash your stuff in the sink and hang it outside to dry. DH did that with a couple of things. they sell travel packets of laundry detergent - perhaps you can pick some of that up!

Thanks Elizabeth!! I think I'll pick up some of those travel packets of laundry detergent just in case!
