SandCastle Brides Flower Question

Hi Ladies,

Two questions, actually. One, where does the placecard table go? Is it by the door to the ballroom or upstairs by the CH room?

Two: are you decorating/doing something for your placecard table? I'm trying to budget for flowers, and I'm thinking if it's downstairs, they always have that big floral arrangement in the lobby, so I won't really need anything. If it's upstairs, I might.

While I'm at it, are you decorating the CH tables? I think they'll provide votives...do you think you'll do more?

Hey... my sister got married at Sand Castle in 2007, so I don't know if it changed but the placecard table was pushed against the wall outside of the ballroom. From what I remember it was very small and could only hold the placecards. Also, because of its location (pushed against the wall) it wasn't a very grand statement. I think you can definitely save money here!!!

For the CH i just want petals on the tables. As far as the place card table im still looking into it. I want something grander then what they are providing so as of right now i dont know.

The place cards go on a table placed outside the ballroom. I am just having the place cards with holders placed on the table with a memorial vase for my father and FH's mom
