Sandcastle Brides - Need help with Hotels!!

I just spent half the day calling places for rates and kinda can't believe how expensive they are!! And how many places do not provide a shuttle. What did you girls end up doing???

Please feel free to FM me with your hotels, rates, add-ons, customer service (whether you already got married or are getting married and already booked a hotel).

My biggest thing is that i want a bar in the hotel thats open until 3-4am, i'm totally willing to pay extra.

This really seems like it's gonna be a PITA. I have heard good and bad things about Vienna and I've heard some good things about Hyatt too. Let me know if you find something good!!

I chose La Quinta. The shuttle was only for every 15 rooms you book, so we called Camelot and just got a Drop Off/Pick up rate with a party van taking people from the hotel 6-7 and home starting 11-1:30. They went back and forth the whole night and were awesome.

I am booked w the Viana, and LOVE them!! They came down to $155 a night with a block of 60 rooms w a guarentte of 30 the night of wedding, the prior to wedding was 20 room bloock w a guarentee of 10 for 165. They have a bar that can be kept open and have shuttle service as well. In addition they have on site spa services ur guests get a discount to. also have on site hair and make up services. If you call ask for Terrence, he took really good care of me and is able to help w any questions. They also have breakfast and brunch options for the day after the wedding available too.
