Sandcastle DJ

I keep hearing different things about the DJ situation at the sandcastle. Some people say that you can only use Genesis, others say you can use whoever you want. Does anyone know what the restrictions are because I am now starting to think about DJs, I have a DJ that my family has been using since my sisters sweet 16 which was 17 years ago, he did her sweet 16, my sweet 16, my senior prom, my brothers bar mitzvah and my sisters wedding and I love him but I don't want to not be able to use all the equipment in the room. I really liked Genesis but I feel that their packages may be too far off my budgeted amount. If anyone is using them can you fm the quote you are paying. Any help with this is truly appreciated!

And the thing about the equipment is that Genesis installed the surround sound and they are the only ones who can use it. I'm using Genesis but I'm currently STRESSING OUT if you've read lol

I think you can use whomever you want but to use their speakers which are installed in the room already then you have to use them. I think we might just go with them for that reason. I figured a DJ would be like 2k and the SC guy told me Genesis is around $1,800, I have to find out what is included in that exactly.
