does any1 kno the minimum # of pple for the ballroom compared to the skylite room. do u know what color the chairs r or if they throw in the chair covers for free? thanks!

the chair covers are free, and it depends on the time of the year. for a sunday in feb. I got the min for the ballroom lowered to 150 normally I think its about 175 but if its a sat. on a popular month they wont take less then 200
I believe the MOST they can fit upstairs is 150 but im not sure what the min. is hope that helped

* oh I just read kissy's answer... I went there on sunday and there was an engagement party going on and they had them on the chairs so I just assumed... I am going there later today I will ask for you if you want

If it is the same as Feb 03, the skylite room did not have chair covers for free...My brother had his wedding in that room & they were extra...

Like MsZ said, the min for the ballroom during a prime month is 200. You might be able to get them to come down a bit, but not much during a prime month. I think the min for the sklight room can be as low as 125, maybe even lower.
I'm not sure about the chair covers for the Skylight room, but for me they were included in the ballroom price.

When we booked we had to make sure we had at least 200. The skylight room holds up to 150 people for a wedding ( more for a cocktail) As for the chair covers they were priced at $3.00 per chair no maatter what room your in (but they are included for us) I'll be there in 5 weeks...I'll let you know how everything goes
