Sands Lido Beach or Atlantic Beach

Has anyone been to either recently? I have never seen either and any information would be helpful I really want a beach wedding!

I honestl don't like the AB one only because I feel like it has not been redone since the 1970s IMO

Lido Beach is closed. I looked at the Sands in ATlantic beach because I live down the road from it. Honetsly, it is completely run down and outdated. I don;t recommend it. Some place that I think have beach areas:
Crescent Beach Club or maybe Land's End.

I am getting married at Bridgeview, which is on the water but not on a beach. I am taking my pictures on the beach in Long Beach, which is where I live. You may want to check out Bridgeview too.

I haven't been there recently but I used to go there back in middle school for bar and bat mitzvahs and from what I remember it was okay. I saw in Newsday that they are advertising an $11,000 all inclusive wedding package so it might be something that you want to go yourself and check out.

The Sands in Lido Beach just re-opened.. Its under new management.. I only know this because I work in Lido

I thought they redid the AB location?
Either one- is it nice now that it is redone?

I heard they were going to redo AB but IDK if it ever got done.

Something definitely got redone because they are also advertising booking parties in the newspaper and they are having some big party either memorial day or in june - i saw something on facebook - try calling them up

Yes, the Atlantic beach location will be throwing a one time Saturday party and a weekly fri party (club ) there this summer.
