Here is my recipe is sooo easy!! I actually just made it last Friday for a get together and everyone loved it.. It's a light one too so good for the summer
I buy the jug of Carlo Rossi Blush wine. (any large amount works fine doesn't have to be Carlo Rossi) and I get a bottle of Triple Sec, and a 2 liter of Lemon Lime Seltzer
So easy...
Obviously cut up various fruit and put in a pitcher fill like 2/3rds with the wine. With the last 1/3rd fill mostly with the triple sec and top off with the seltzer. Just save some room for tasting and adding things as you may like. That's what I always do.
Serve in a glass over Ice... real easy and real good. One jug usually makes about 2 and a hlf pitchers.....

Oh and as far as friut harder fruit such as apples, oranges, pears, limes... all work well.... berries tend to get mushy and some very sour so they arn't so great. A few strawberries are ok, but that's really all...

one of my friends made sangria with brandy added...anyone ever do that? it tasted pretty good!

Yeah I have, I had one crazy recipe a while ago for Red Sangria and it was sooo crazy to make, I had to add brandy, sugar, wine, seltzer... other stuff too. It was really good. The recipe I posted before was just much easier, and again very light for the summer.
I should add I am not a White Zin drinker at all, it doesn't really take on the taste of White Zin or the blush wine much at all.
