Sanity Check for Us May 05 Brides!

Okay, I am going insane feeling like there is constantly something I am missing! So,

Things I need:

Marriage License - big problem because FH can not take off, and its open only till 4

Seating Chart

Pay Vendors -

Finalize with the Band

Finalize with Photo/Video

Finalize with Limo

Print Menus



Am I missing something???
Where you guys at on this?

My sanity is long gone.

I still have:
-burn cds for dj
-drop off photo/video forms
-make must-take picture list
-complete forms for dj and hall
-compile items for hall, label and bring to hall
-bring vases to florist
-directions to limo and choc fountain
-finish program design
-print program when paper arrives
-buy RD outfit
-figure out how much $ for final payments and tips & organize that
- seating chart and prepare guest list spreadsheet for DOC
- fitting
- make hair arrangements for bms
- pay hall
- meeting w/DOC
- avoid tragic accidents and injuries b4 wedding
- pack for HM
- compile HM reading list and buy books
- buy extra memory card for digital camera

then, there's all the stuff I need to do at work before taking off for 3.5 weeks

I don't even want to think about mine - so many little details to finish and some big ones, too. But hang in there, ladies! We're almost there!

this is where I'm at right now. I have a list. But I haven't updated in a few days. Maybe over the weekend I'll stop and do that and then check in.

We're off now to get our marriage license.

OMG I completely agree! I wish I didn't have to work so I could devote my time to the wedding!

OK, this is what I have left...and I'm sure there's more:

1) Pay final at catering hall
2) Lose weight...which means continue on Atkins Induction and go running every day, plus work out in the morning (desperate times call for desperate measures..)
3) Buy my day of lingerie
4) Buy my day of shoes
5) Schedule spa for pre-wedding massage
6) Schedule pre-wedding wax
7) Shop for the HM
8) Print out menus
9) Do place cards and place chocolates in bags
10) Print out table name cards
11) Give photographer address list
12) Give videographer address list
13) Have final meeting for menu at hall
14) Have final with DJ
15) Make lists to take stuff to the hall

My job is WAY IN MY WAY TOO!!

I've still got to:

*Burn CD of prelude music for ceremony
*Print Programs
*Buy hostesses and soloist gifts
*Buy Best Man a gift (FH's job)
*Finalize seating arrangements
*Do place cards, alphabetize, organize them and take them to reception hall
*Purchase, wrap and organize candy favors
*Final fitting
*Move gifts and stuff from mom's house to new apartment (in NJ no less)
*Give must play list to DJ

Somebody catch me as I faint please.

2 weeks from tomorrow - aaaaaahhhhh!

Today, everything is an excuse to spend money. This needs to stop! Today alone, I bought matches for the reception (again), $100 of makeup from MAC and, best of all, extra wedding shoes.
