Sat afternoon-west manor vs watermill sun evening

Hi gals,

Ok, I think we are close to a decision pending visiting (my parents have been visiting as we are Houston)... has anyone had a wedding on a sat afternoon at westbury - party atmos, did they kick you out/rush you.. vs sunday night at watermill...astor room...we have alot of out of town guests. also if sat afternoon-did anyone have an after party near WM- hotel, costs, etc?
