Sat. Night Summer Minimums: CLM, Riviera, etc

Can anyone help me out w/ minimums for Chateau La Mer, Riviera and John Anthony's for a Saturday Night wedding?

Is there any ability to negotiate on this?

I totally forgot what the minimum was at riviera. this was for winter, but I think it was around 130. Minimums are totally negotiable! I think it's even more negotiable if you're adding extras, like a viennese or something, because the reason they have minimums is that they want to make a certain amount of $$ for a certain time, so if they can get the money from you another wya, it will be ok.

I just want to say defintiely negotiate. When we first went to our hall the minimum was really high, and we went back and said 'Look, we can guarantee this many'...and she said it would cost more $$ but in the end the price went DOWN from the original quote. I'm 100% convinced that anywhere you go the firdst price they give you is a starting point. Go in there knowing how much you want to pay and how many people you can guarantee and as long as you're not completely out of range you can get it or close to it. HTH

I don't remember the CLM minimum...but I'm thinking 150 for the downstairs room and much less for upstairs. Give Nick a call, I'm sure he'll help you out.
