satin vs silk satin?

does anyone know the differences between satin and silk satin? i know silk satin feels a little softer..but is it hotter or as breatheable as satin? if anyone knows any tips i would appreciate it. thanks!

satin is a man made material (aka polyesther) and silk satin is a natural material.

Generally speaking, the silk will feel better, be more breathable and have a better sheen. But there is a huge range in the quality of natural silks as well as polyesthers so sometimes a hiqh quality man made material can be better than a low quality silk.
