Are you not considering Hamlet Willow Creek anymore?
Have fun!!!
I def still am....but just didn't get an appointment with them yet. The catering manager was out till Wednesday and she still hasnt returned my call.
Well if you have any questions just let me know because I'm booked there. I loove it. A '10 bride got married there and posted her review just a big ago (Mariedsgn). It's stunning.

Now this is where I'm nervous...I'm no good at bargaining. I buy things sometimes just cause I feel bad for the salesman...
What should I say when booking?

save ur price list for ALL the places u visit, sometimes u'll find out that certain places will be willing to give u a good price, if this happens but ur heart is in another place and their prices are not as good as the 1st place, u can always show them the prices u were quoted before and beleive me they'll try to match it! this happens to me with 2 venues.
If u're determined to book the venue, ask them what can they add, maybe an extra carving station, maybe the viennese hour, or reduce the price for the ceremony if u want to have in the venue. Ask, ask, ask! ur banquet manager will want to make u happy at all cost 'cause remember they want ur signature in that contract! keep us updated if u choose a venue

Re: Saturday
At larkfield, I told them I wanted a VH and one station at CH but didn't want to over 80pp and they gave it to me.
Plus my 6 foot 8 in father was with us, so intimidation always helps LOL
