sauté vs sautee

which is correct?

i got my menu proofs and they say Spinach Sautee but the woodlands menu says sauté. Does it matter which I use?

I don't know which one is correct, but I don't think I would notice anyway. Don't worry about it

I would think Saute' is right. Sautee looks like it is missing a 'd' at the end. I have never seen it that way.

It's definitely sauté - but I don't think it's THAT big of a deal either way.
