Save the Date Address Help

Hey Girls
When sending save the dates:

What do you put for
A married couple:
A family:
A female:
A male:
For example do I write to Mr. Jon Jones for a male and Ms. Jane Jones for a female and to Mr and Mrs. J Jones for the married couple? or do I just write Jane Jones for female?

I am using Excel to type addresses..how do I then print labels in an easy way from excel?

For my return address should I write my first name and last name and then his his name and last name or Ms. Carly ______ and Mr. Michael ________.

I think it depends on how formal you want the addresses to be ...

For married couples we did:
Mr. and Mrs. John Doe

For engaged couples we did:
Mr. John Doe and
Ms. Jane Deer

A female was:
Ms. Jane Deer

A male was:
Mr. John Doe

We did not indicate guests on the save the dates.

On the return we put both our first and last names (if my memory serves me correct).
