So I plan on ordering magnets for my Save the Dates but I am just wondering when I should send them out. My wedding is going to be on the 4th of July in 2014 so should I send them out earlier than usual? Any input is appreciated!
I would if I were you.. our wedding is Christmas week and we sent ours out earlier than normal so people had a good amount of time to plan for it.. We are also sending our wedding invitations out a lot earlier than normal so they don't get stuck in the christmas card mailing rush!
I always think that if a holiday is surrounding your date, send early! You don't want your cards getting lost in the mishmash of holiday frenzy. We sent our STD's out at the 10 month mark, I would suggest sending them out early!
I would send them around 10-12 months. I know I plan my vacations almost a year in advance. Our wedding is June 2014 so I am sedning them out Julyish 2013
Yes! I would def send ahead of time since it is a holiday weekend especially if you have OOT guests coming.

Earlier than Normal for sure! Mine is 7/4/14 too so I am sending them just before July 4th of this year. This way there is no surprise...holiday or not they will have fair warning of the date! lol

I would definitely send them out early if your date is near a big holiday! We will be sending out ours this fall since our engagement session isn't until early September.
I would def. send them out sooner rather than later. July 4th is busy for many people. This way you give everyone enough time.
I just got my friend's save the date yesterday for her December wedding. But I would definitely send them out earlier in your case since it's around a major holiday to give people plenty of time to plan their schedules.
