Save the Date Cards

I decided not to have an engagement party and just go with the family to dinner.. So do people still send out save the date cards and how far in advance do you send them?

I didnt have an e party either. I am sending out STDs about a year before the wedding. I have a lot of out of town guests though. Hope this helps.

We are getting married Memorial Day weekend, but only have a few out of town guests. We are sending them out about 9 months before the wedding.

We had an e-party but of course didn't invite alot of the people. I was thinking of sending them out to the people who weren't at the party. Most fo tehm being out of towners anyway. Would this be ok just to sent them to people who weren't there that day?

We did not have an e-party and we are not sending out STD cards. Almost everyone know approximately what day our wedding is.

No e-party, and STD one yr. in advance since we are getting married on a holiday weekend.

I didn't have an e-party either but I am ahving about 50 people from Ireland coming to my wedding so we called them the moment we booked the hall and we will be sending STD on 1 year mark as a reminder.

Today I am sending out the last 15 of our STD's we waited a week after our wedding date to send them out. My side of family are not to swift some of them might have thought that the card were the actual invitation! We didn't have a E-party we might have a small bbq .
