Save the Date Etiquette

On my Save the Dates, would the town be where the ceremony will be held or where the reception is.....

i think you can do whatever you want. mine only has the date.

I think the ceremony. We're leaving that off of our STDs.

Are they maybe both in the same county? That way guests who have to travel at least know where generally they are going.

like 'ceremony and reception in _____ county' not sure if this will be possible.

Yeah, I think either would work if they are close b/c I think it is just to give folks a sense of having to travel or not.

We have a lot of OOT guests so i might just write Long Island, NY otherwise I'll probably do location of the reception

Mine has the location of the church, that is also where the main hotel is for me.

You could definitely do 'Long Island, New York' or something like that.
