I have a picture of me and my FH that I want to use for our STD's. Is there somewhere that I can bring the picture and have them write the information on it or do I have to do it myself with photo shop?

it depends on how much you want to spend - someone might charge you a huge 'design' fee to put it together, but if you don't feel you have the time, there are certainly people who can do it.
Look into Sonic Stef - she is a vendor on here who does really creative work for reasonable prices...
