Save the date help

I found a post on here awhile back that I loved. One of the girls had made a save the date that looked like one of those pic strips you get from a photo machine in the mall. In each picture her and her FH held up a sign with a different word on it and making a different face. So for example the first pic was them looking forward holding a sign that said save and the second pic had them making another face holding a sign that said the, the third was a them with a sign that said Date and the forth was them kissing with a sign that had the date on it. Does anyone know how to make these. I loved the idea and so did DH. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

i dont know how to make them but i know ive seen them before in the store...i dont think they were all that expensive....i dont remember right now what co makes them or where we saw them but im pretty sure my very involved fh does and i can ask him if you want me to

DIVABRIDE made them. She is getting married on Sunday. I don't know how she made them though. It probably was in photoshop.
