Save the Date idea- with poll

Is it a good idea or a bad idea to have the favors at our e-party double as save the dates??

i figure all the people attending the e- party will be invited to the wedding anyway, so if i gave out a favor of a candle- with a save the date sticker on it, is that tacky??

I did it! I had the magnet's in organza bags with the small favors. Saved on postage!

good idea

just make sure you keep a list of who you give them out to.
that way the people who cant make it to the eparty can still can an std in the mail.

Thats kinda what I am doing. My STD's are going to go on the the table at the E-party. Their favor is the candy from the candy bar.

I think it´s a really good idea. I was actually, this moment searching for save the dates and thinking about the postage and how to save money on them!! This is a great idea!! (too bad I can´t do it bc i´m not having an engagement party)

I think its a great idea!!
altho in my case we mailed ours out, and not everyone was at our e-party that we mailed STD's too!

depending on how big your e-party will be, you still might have to mail some.
