I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has used this company. Savethedateusa.com? They are listed on LIweddings.com so I figured I go with them! Well last Thursday I sent them all the info and waited for a proof and waited. Finally I had to call them on Sat and find out what was taking so long. I spoke to Ritchie and he told me e-mail them again as a second request. It clearly says on the website..Receive a proof within 24 hours! What liars!!! I finally got my proof on Sunday. I didn't get to show it to my FH till Tuesday night. I sent them back the changes on Wednesday and I am still waiting for a proof!!! I called them yesterday and gave them my info and they told me production is backed up!!! But I should receive the new proof late morning yesterday. Well that has come and gone and now I am still waiting. If it takes this long, how long will it be to receive these magnets! I am ready to cancel the order all together and go to another company!!!
What do you all think? I need a magnet company to do a photo magent and I need about 100. Any great sites out there with good prices!!! I have had it up to here and I am ready to just cancel the order!!!!!

I used Magnetstreet.com and had a proof within a few hours and then a revised proof in less than an hour and the magnets were delivered within a week!!
I ordered them back in October, and now IS probably a busy time..but still! They should have at least emailed you to tell you that they received your order and production is backed-up and given you a time frame. Try magnetstreet!

vistaprint.com got 100 large magnets for 40 bucks and they were here within 4 days :) love them!

I was on Magnetqueen..it takes them 28 days to send them out??? Which means I won't get them for a month? I want a site where it will take a week to get here!

I used Vista Print -- they were great. I was dumb, though! I forgot about the envelopes -- which are not included!!! If you need envelopes hit up your florist for some. The minute I mentioned the situation to my florist -- Jen from Verbena- she went in the other room and gave me all the perfectly fitting envelopes I need! Let me know if I can help!

savethedateoriginals.com - .48 each for the 2x3 that had our photo on it. There is a week turn around time to see the proofs via email but its worth it and they came out great.

I used Vistaprint.com. I got the large magnets and my family loved them. We got our envelopes at staples.
Magnet street.com isgreat and affordable if you have your heart set on magnets. As a past bride I can tlell ya they are not necessary-people lose em anyway. If I could go back I'd spend less and do postcards. I have used Vistaprint in the past for things. They're reasonable especially when they have their 'FREE' sales which are frequent.

I used this ebay store -- he was wonderful! He emailed me a proof the same day, and they were great. I had them in less than a week. $80 for 100 business card size magnets with cardstock and envelopes! Definitely check him out!

I used www.agiftfulheart.com and mine came out AMAZING! I worked with Kathy and she was patient (considering I changed my mind 5 times) and QUICK!
The prices were good and they got to me in a week once I made up my mind.

it only takes 28 days if you are using a coupon. if you are in a rush, i'd look at vistaprint or magnet street.

We used Magnetqueen- we got the proof 24 hours after we gave the order- made changes and they sent another proof right back in like 12 hours later.. after that it took us about 2 weeks to get the magnets in.. we ended up paying about $1 per magnet (no photo though) and it had wrappers and envelopes for them.
I'm sure they might have rush shipping if you ask or call them.
Also they ended up doing two proofs for us because we were unsure if we wanted our last names on them - pics are in my album of the ones we had done.

I also used Magnetstreet and their customer service is superb. When they say you'll get a proof or response within 24hrs, they are not lying. I had no problems with them at all.
Since they did mention production is backed up, I say give them a couple of days to get their stuff together but after that, if they're still a mess...I say move on.
