Save the date magnets

Has anyone done DIY magnets for save the dates? is it difficult and does it end up being cheaper?

I used vistaprint too. They came out really nice and very reasonably priced

We made our own using magnet paper and photoshop. FH is very talented!

Ditto. Actually, it was less expensive for us to use vistaprint than DIY.

I ordered mine off of EBAY. I paid about 28 cents or so each.

thanks guys!! I actually found a website for stickers instead. It is called savethedatestickers.com They are so cute.
It is stickers that are attached to a card that they can pop out the sticker and put it oun their calander. FH is going to design the card. They come plain with just the cake design on it. But you can also get them printed if you are not so crafty. When we are done I will post a pic of it.

Re: Save the date magnets

I just ordered my STD magnets from Vista Print also. I had some trouble because my computer had a firewall, so the image I was seeing was not the image that was going to be printed!!! They were helpful, however, and I received a credit to re-order the correct way, etc. It was a little bit of a headache but still much easier than trying to make them myself. I'm definitely not a martha stewart so that would've been a nightmare. Good luck!!

I got mine from Sandstone Invitations-they came out great and were definately cheaper than the traditional paper STD's I had looked at.
