Save the Date Poem Question-edited with PIC!

OK, so I am doing a combined Christmas/Save the Date card. This is a long shot, but you girls always come through
Does anyone know any poems or where I could find any poems that would be appropiate?

Maybe you could modify Twas the Night Before Christmas to make it wedding-themed. Here are some examples of other efforts, though NWR.

Rudolph the red nose reindeer had a very shiny nose rhymes with 'propose'' rose' sorrythat the best i could do lol

doubt you'll ever find this in stores but if you are going to make up a card from scratch you could have a picture of a young Santa proposing to a young Mrs. Claus on the outside of the card and tie it into you two also getting married on the inside of the card!

Cheesy, but might work!

edited to say you might also be able to work with the idea of bells...silver bells (like the song) and wedding bells!

hey!! Thanks so much for the great ideas--that silver bells/wedding bells would've been great---too bad i got impatient with myself and i just wrote a note inside 5x7 fold-over cards--i did a collage, wrote merry christmas 2003 and made it into a fold over card on ofoto--i will post the pic when I get home late tonight! thank you so much for your ideas--they really were great!! Maybe I'll redo them!! I Will post tonight! thanks again!

Here is the collage I did--& then on the inside I wrote 'We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year'

ETS: I was so upset when I realized, after I ordered them that the upper right pic of FH should've been turned to the right-I had it like that originally, but re-did it and forgot to turn it!! GRRR

That is adorable.. I think it looks great, I didnt realize the picture was going towards the left until you said something.. It's cute and you guys look great in your pics

Thanks ladies!! They should be arriving any day now! I'm still upset about the wedding bells/silver bells poem idea!! LOL I wish I would've seen it sooner! O well!! Hahah
