So .... after finally deciding on my save the dates I ordered them about 2 weeks ago. I have been eagerly awaiting for the arrival....today i open the box. See my invoice ....everything looks good..BUT wait...what is this? who is Jasmeen and Simran????? My name is Eleanor and FH's name is Deo!!
they sent me someone else's STDs! Not only does it have all the wrong info (names, dates & location for the wedding are all wrong) the style of the STD is NOT what i ordered.
and to make things worse there is no one to speak to because they are closed thurs and friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that's awful! maybe because ALL of the information is wrong it means they just sent you someone else's rather than messing up yours. I bet the other girl is angry too and will send hers back in exchange for yours...fingers crossed!

That's terrible. They should have kept better track of their shipments. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this now, you should ask for some kind of discount for their mistake; get something out of this.

thanks ladies for listening...i'm still pretty P.O'd about this situation. I left messages and an email but because of the holiday weekend i dont think i will be getting a response until this week.
I ordered the STDs thru magnetstreet...and i've only heard great things about them so i was really surprised about the mix up. I know the other bride (Jasmeen) must be very disappointed also..especially when her wedding is earlier than mine!
I'll give you guys an update when i get thru to magnetstreet!
