I would like to send save the dates possibly in the form of a letter. Need to inform everyone of when the wedding will be and giving hotel options and maybe something about the itinerary of the weekend since it will be out in the Hamptons. Has anyone done this kind of format and if so can you share what you said and what it looked like? (I am sooo bad with creative kinds of things - Lord help me with this wedding stuff!)

Here are some cute sayings that I came across:

A romantic affair... something special is in the air! Kindly save the date for a tropical marriage celebration uniting Bride and Groom on Date City, State Invitation will follow
It's written in the stars that they were meant to be... So write it on your calendar there's going to be a party! Save the date for Date for the marriage of Bride and Groom Invitation and details to follow
Also check out www.verseit.com and search the message boards at www.ultimatewedding.com. you can do a search on these boards too... Good Luck
edited to say: PS I LOVE LOVE LOVE Atlantica, it was way out of my price range and person min. Congrats on such a gorgeous location.
