how early is too early to send out save the dates?.. our date is 10-24-09 n i the save the dates ready.. should i send them now?
it's totally up to you. You can wait anywhere from 9-6 months before too!
I think we are going to send ours out in January...so that would be about 10 months before the wedding. I think you can send them as early as a year out. Usually you would send them early if it is a holiday weekend.
a friend sent them a year before. mine will go out about 9 months before.
im not getting married till dec of 09 and i sent them with the invitations for my e-party. i sent them out mid july!
I just sent mine out the other day and I'm not getting married until October 16, 2009. I know it's early, but who cares? Why does it matter? I was so excited for them I couldn't wait to send them out!
I'm sending mine out about a yera or so in advance.. Just because some people do book vacations and what not a year in advance.. So i' don't want to mess up their plans.. Actually one of my BM's was aplanning her florida trip the week of my wedding.. Thank god I told her before hand that we changed the date to 10/30 or she would have lost money.
I think 8 or 9 months is a good time. I sent mine out a little over 8 months before.
i am planning on sending ours a year in advance... it's a halloween wedding so i feel like guests may have plans... i know every year we have parties to go to!

i would def. wait unitl 6-8 months before , you never know what might happen with relationshipd etc
Our date is 10/17/09 and we sent ours out begining of sept. FIL kept bugging me to send them out so to get them off my back we sent them. I don't think it matters to much when!!
you might want to wait until Jan and Feb, its too eary IMO
They say 6-9 months before but you can do it earlier. I'm sending mine out at the end of the month
We are going to order our Save the Dates tomorrow night, and I am going to send them out next month.
