I need to put the hotel block info on our save the dates since our wedding is 6 months away and we need to give OOT guests more than ample time to book a room. Problem is I cant seem to find how to incorporate it into the save the dates...Do I just send the hotel info card inside the envelope along with the save the dates? Do I put the info right on the save the dates?

i would just put it separately in the same envelope
if you have a wedding website put the link on the STD and make sure the hotel info is on the website

I enclosed the hotel info with the Save the Dates. Two separate pieces of mail will get lost but if people get them together they will keep them together.

we put a sep insert with hotel info in the envelope with the STD

I probably should have done this... I included the info on our website and I wrote on the save the date to check the website for hotel info..;.. not sure if people got the message!

We did STD magnets from Vistaprint.com and then got a matching posting card which we put the hotel info on.

I out the hotel info on our website, and put the website on the bottom of the STD

I put the hotel card in with our STD but on the back of the card all the information about how to book the room with our code, price, dates when to book by etc

I had my save the date made with the information included. Its hard to explain without showing a pic. Did you order your save the date yet?

im doing this..
but if i didnt put on website then id be including an insert in the stds on a different piece of paper
