I wanted to send out my hotel information with my save the dates. I need to have guests start booking their rooms at the hotel. My wedding isn't until June, is it too early to send out save the dates????

I dont think its too early. My wedding is a year and a half away and I'll probably send mine out soon. You want to make sure people dont plan any vacations for that day!

Wait sorry I forgot to answer your other question lolllll.... I dunno I think it might be too early to send out the hotel info with the save the dates....I think normally you send that with the invitations? I dont know if a lot of people are going to want to book so far in advance just in case they might not be able to stay the night ( you never know). Can you call your hotel and find out if they can block out some rooms for your wedding? My Rh told me to call and do that so that some rooms would be reserved for people that would want to stay at the hotel.

I actually do think you can send your hotel info. That's why I think you should wait with STDs. 6 mos is the perfect amount of time, that way people can actually make travel arrangements. Also, you can put hotel info on your website and direct people to your website on your STD.

I would def send your hotel information especially if the hotel you are booking has catereed events as that might make the hotel fill up quickly you know..

Its definitely not too early. I'm getting married in Sept. FH and I picked the hotel we're using and just sent out the info in the save the dates recently. We did it really early because we're getting married on a holiday weekend.
