Re: Save the Dates/Hotel Info
I actually bought a save the date that had space for the OOT information. It was a 3 fold card, the front had the date of the wedding, time and that the forma invite would follow. The 2nd fold contained a little poem, followed by airport/airline information and the 3rd fold contained the hotel info. I think it was either by Birchcraft or one of those other brands that are everywhere. Sorry, no picture.

I'm planning on making a wedding website so I'll put the link on the STD. The website will have hotel information, etc for out of towners.

Re: Save the Dates/Hotel Info
I did a 2 page newsletter, front and back with info about the North Fork, the wedding, and with suggestions on tons of places to stay. (100% of my guests are from OOT)
Then, we included a post card we made of a movie Marquis entitled 'Save the Date' as something additional to put on the fridge.
It was alot of work, but a total hit!

That sounds cute! We are just making up packets that we are sending in the mail, with a STD magnet, a list of hotels nearby, and a letter that we will write just as an introduction.

Re: Save the Dates/Hotel Info
We attached a magnet (which gave the date and location of the wedding) to a card which gave the hotel info.
