Have our logo (monogram) in Power point and need to save as jpeg. I right click and hit save as...choose to save as jpeg file ...when i open it's a full black box as the saved image...grrrrrrrr! Anyone know how to fix ????
sorry but thats just what i would have done.
did you try pasting the monogram and paint and saving it from there. Are you trying to view it on powerpoint as a jpeg file? that might be the problem.
This is what I usually do, I don't know if it'll work for you, but go to the folder that you have your image saved in, right click it and put your cursor over 'open with' a second menu will open up, select microsoft photo editor. then in microsoft photo editor, go to save as and under the place where the name of the file is typed in, open up the menu and select jpeg HTH!
When I saved mine from power point to jpeg I went to file, save as then changed how it was saved as and it worked fine. If you still can't do it FM me and I will do it for you if you email it to me as an attachment
