Savino's in Miller Place or Printers Devil in P.J?

Hi ladies...My FI and I have been sampling restaurants searching for our rehearsal dinner location. Has anyone eaten at either Savino's restaurant and hideaway in Miller Place or Printers Devil in Port Jeff? If you have, did you have your rehearsal dinner there and if so, how much p.p? Any info would be great. Thanks. -Stacey 6-30-01

Ayanna, I met the cake diva at a wedding in Brooklyn so I too know that she is willing to travel all over. She seems very nice as well!!! Her cakes are gorgeous but not cheap.

Savino's Used to be really great a long time ago. I know the quality has gone done a bit, but here it is still good. I went to the Printers Devil recently and the sevice was real bad, but the food was good. If I were you go and sample both places if you can and decide from that. Hope that helps.

I've been to the Printer's Devil many times. The food is good and it's a nice place. Never had a catered function there, though.

Printer's Devil is directly across the lane from my studio. They have small parties there all the time. I'll go over and see if I can get you a discount (one of my other customers, who contributes to the board, is also having their dinner there.) In any case, stop in and say hello if you feel to (no matter who you chose for your photographer.) I'll check back later.

I'm in Massapequa but going to Coram would be no problem. Would you mind giving me her number? You can email me if you don't want to post it here.

I want to thank you for responding. We have heard great things about both places and plan to sample both very soon. The prices at Printers Devil were very reasonable but every little break would surely help.

My FI and I were interested in your photography when we were choosing but wanted a few photograhers and videographers so our decidion was partially financial. Im sure you can understand. You do beautiful work, however.
