Saw a band last night....

hey Ldies,
I saw Times Square Orchestra last night. They were great -- they had a lot of energy and played a huge range of music. We liked them a lot. We're going to see Fullhouse on Saturday and Daybreak's Night on Tuesday. This is so much fun!!

We're putting down on our deposit on Sans Souci in Sea Cliff on Saturday. I can't wait!

Great combo, if I do say so myself We had our reception at the Sans Souci and had the Times Square Orchestra.

Good Luck with the rest of your planning.

Re: Saw a band last night....

I was just at a wedding with Days break night. They were pretty good. They sang this Aerosmith song and it really sounded like Aerosmith. They also played a big variety. Too bad some people at the wedding didn't seem to like to dance too much.

Re: Saw a band last night....

We considered the San Souci - it's a very nice place, just a little too small for our needs.
I highly recommend Full House for your entertainment needs - they are awesome, and you will not be disappointed. Joe Scollo (band leader) has a very high standard for his band members, b/c he wants their music to sound just like the original artists. Jennifer (female lead) is a very talented woman...she did a wonderful job on our wedding song.

In my opinion, Full House really are the best cover band around for their price range. I have heard a lot of other bands, but many of them don't perform the music to the original tempo. While the singers might have good voices, if the tempo is wrong, it will have your guests wondering all night - 'what's wrong with this band?'
When you go to these showcases, pay attention to the tempo - that's my advice! Good luck
