Saw a Really Inexpensive way to Make Your OWN Floral Centerpiece!!
Today I was fliping through the stations on my T.V. and came across this show called 'For Better or Worse' on TLC. Well they were making these really awesome looking centerpieces.
Here goes:
1.)They had a long rectangular wooden flower pot.
2)Then they stuffed this green styrofoam in.
3) Then on top of this green thing, they placed some Moss so the green thing wouldn't show.
Prior to adding the Moss they sprayed it lightly w/ some water.
4)Then they added these green fruits and placed it on sticks in there...(however, I'd option to do some type of flower)
It was sooooo simple to do. I've been looking for some flowers for my e-party, but when I saw this show this morning, it just showed you how simple it was to put together. You can pick any type of vase you want and just have fun mixing and matching w/ flowers or whatever you want. I want to try one myself and see how it comes out.
Just curious, but, if you do your own Floral centerpieces... when do you go and bring it to the hall? I want the flowers to stay fresh and not die before the guests arrive. If I can guarantee that the flowers look fresh, then I may just go and do it myself and save all that extra $$.
