FH and I are getting ready and getting papers ready to meet with our mortgage broker this morning for prequal. We found a townhouse we like......so hopefully all goes well this morning.....
Oh.....and pray to the 'I lose Everything' Saint.......i have all papers and paystubs in line...minus my most recent paystub Please pray it shows up..............And that everything goes smoothly

we're going through this too, although for pre qual FH just did it online at bank of america. When its time for pre approval we'll be going through the same thing and I rarely even look at my stubs since i have direct deposit eek. We're now in the counter offering stage on a house. We just countered back yesterday waiting to hear how much the owner counters back with.
