Saymel Bridal in Queens?
Has anyone been to this shop? Going there Friday to shop for my gown and the BMs. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

Saymel Bridal in Queens?
I know a few brides that have gotten their dresses at Saymels and had good experiences. I have recently read a few negative comments regarding Saymel's and bridesmaid dresses. They were complaining about them not coming in on time. Once nice thing is that they include alterations with the price of the dress.

Saymel Bridal in Queens?used them for BM dresses
I found a dress that I loved there. I recommend using them but here are a few tips. 1. Tell them your wedding date is a week or two before the actual date to ensure you'll have the dresses ontime. (make sure to fill in the BMs) 2. Watch when they are doing the measurements for the girls air on the larger size to make sure the sizes ordered are right and fit when they get in. An inch here or there can be taken in. (don't order exact sizes or a size too small) 3. make early appointments (you need an appointment each time you go even if you are just looking) Overall it was a smooth experience. The parking is difficult too so earlier the better. Good luck. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Nicky - Question for you?
Are you getting married in Queens? If so, where are you having your wedding rehearsal?

Nicky - Question for you?
Yes I am getting married in Queens and we are thinking about having the rehearsal at the hall. The reheasal dinner will be in Valley Stream. The Reverend that's marrying us told us that it's not necesary for her to be at the being that she will go through a run w/ us 10 minutes before the ceremony. So now I'm thinking that we might not need the rehearsal at the hall, I don't know I have to talk to the banquet manger. I'm so confused!!!!Welcome New Vendors
