I saw this the other day...what a JERK!!!!!
horrible how he scammed all those people. out of their money... Their marriages are not even recognized in the catholic church! horrible!!!

i COMPLETELY remember you posting about this concern back in September!! I remember that it just did not sound right at all to me. To CHARGE you so much for living together?? That doesn't even make sense. If you don't agree with a couple's lifestyle, then just refuse to marry them. What would the extra money do to help the officiants 'morals' or whatever? Completely ridiculous! I'm soooo glad that you guys not only went to a different officiant, but that you also had this entire situation RECOGNIZED as it should be. OMG!!

I remember too!! I was so upset for you (and shocked!!!) but I'm so glad you trusted your instinct and had second thoughts!! AND went out of your way to report him so other people can be saved from his scams!!!!

wow i remember you posting about this a couple of months ago and me thinking to myself ***?? I am happy that you took this further to let others know of his scams but I am SO sorry that you had to go through this! I hope you found someone that has your best interests at heart!
