I bought my Dad an HP 6100 series for Christmas. It has the printer, scanner, fax capabilities. He loves it! It was resonable at Costco. They only get a certain supply amount in though and they were low when I went there before Christmas. Good Luck! Scanner's are fun!! We have a brother and it is a fax,copy,and scan..works great no trouble there either!!!!!!!!!!

I have a cannon mp600. It is a fax, copier, scanner and printer. It prints out gorgeous pictures. I bought it because I wanted to scan my wedding proofs and print them out.

I have a HP PSC 1610, its a printer-scaner-copier and I really like it. I have had it almost a year and it works great. It wasn't too expensive either.
